I swear to God I'm so freaking excited about the Oscars. Only a couple of hours away till things start kicking off but deary me...that's too long away!!!
I'm so excited! Helen and Meryl, Meryl and Helen, Celine and Meryl, Meryl and Celine. Any of the above mixtures of pics are very very acceptable! Woot woot! Did I mention I'm excited? LOL. Peace out xx

Day of brilliant-ness!

Okee, so I was pretty wasted last night, after going to dinner me and the bf went clubbing and there was a tequila (sp?) promo on in one of the clubs. Very bad idea!! lol. So yea...very drunk. Then I burnt myself on my own cigarette and now I have two massive burn blisters on my finger. Boo :(
So yea, today, I was supposed to get up at 6.30 to get ready for uni. I set 5 alarms and they all rang but I just turned them off, one after another. So I wake up at 8.15am after my friend texts me and realise 'sh*t, I have a lecture in 45 mins!' so I throw some clothes on, try and find my keys (no luck so I stole my flat mates!) and ran down to the bus stop. In the process of getting on the bus a bird shat on my coat (and if you know me you'll know I HATE BIRDS!!) so that was great. Luckily I had a tissue with me to wipe it off. Yum lol.
I finally arrive at sodding uni and my lecture has been cancelled! So, fuming, I went to mcds and had breakfast (on my own *sob*, but I was willing to make the sacrifice!)
Btw, just to make you aware I was still pretty drunk while all this is going on!
Where was I.... Oh yea okee, so then I wondered around the town for a hour just to kill time.
I went to my lecture at 10 (for two hours) and at the end, I was putting on my coat and my friend Mike said to me 'Have you been sick on your coat?' I was like 'um...no' he pointed at my coat sleeve and there was this brown sh*t all over it! WTF?? So I had to carry my coat home because I ain't wearing it until it's clean and it's freezing outside!
So, so far my day has been pretty sh*tty. So I'm gonna sit here and feel sorry for myself and eat yummy things and watch Meryl films. Looks like my day will be getting a bit better...

Drunk-ness

Okee, very drunk right now. I told myself to pace it tonight and it did work, considering last Friday I got so drunk I had to put myself to bed and in the process fell over and I have a bruise the size of my foot, on my thigh. No Joke. So yea... very drunk right now. It's all good. I got to my bed and managed to type this, so I can't be that bad right? lol. Ah, the student life. Love it!

Meryl and Helen winning GGs and SS being down grrr!

Okee, Ive noticed amongst my friends on here that these two subjects are very popular so just for shits and giggles I thought I'd join in. Why not eh?
So yea, Meryl won a GG this year. Thank God for that. If Beyonce had won I don't think I could be blamed for my actions. And yea, Helen won 2 GGs. Can I hear a 'woop woop' for these two absolutely amazing women? 'woop woop' I hear you scream! Thank you.
Awww and them on the red carpet :D I'm so glad they're friends. I wanna be their friend! I wanna phone them up one day and just say: HelMer, it's Kirstie, wanna do lunch?. Actually, I wouldn't even have to say who it was cos they would know it was me. Duh! lol.
Sorry about that, got a little carried away lol.

Oh aaaaaaaaaaaand! SS being down. :'( I actually think I'm going insane without it :( I'm sure Frederik is working very hard to get it back though. Hurry! I need my fiiiiiiix! I keep going to the site forgetting it's down lol. Habit I suppose. Ach well. That's all for now folks :D Peace out xxx

Xmas time - oh the joys

Ok, so this is my first post to my journal so I hope I do it right LOL.
I've the shittest xmas ever. So I'm back at my flat in Dundee instead of my parents house in Inverness (for those of you that aren't familiar with Scottish geography it's about a 3 hour drive away). So yea.... My flat is fucking freezing and I have nothing to do cos all my flat mate who have normal xmases and normal family's that don't end up with their family members at each others throats (quite literally, no joke!) are at home and I'm here. Boo :( So...I'm online and watcing Giselle this ballet at the same time. I love ballet. I think I might go and watch a Meryl film, that'll make a change LOL. Laters xx
